Comparing Water Conservation Ordinances

The Washington County Water Conservancy District (WCWCD) spent a number of months working with the cities in the county to create a proposed water conservation ordinance for new residential and commercial construction. Santa Clara passed a modified version of that ordinance last week. Ivins is discussing the WCWCD ordinance and potential changes to it this Thursday.

So, have I got a treat for you!
